These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription services provided by VyVPN. By visiting this site, creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. Service Scope and Coverage
VyVPN provides network connectivity and route management for cross-border access, covering 120+ countries / 220+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The specific available routes, client features, and access methods are those shown in the user panel.
The service is intended to improve connection paths for accessing international websites, remote collaboration, streaming, and other lawful online activities. Routes may be adjusted based on network conditions, maintenance schedules, and service resources. Regional lists, connection endpoints, and technical implementations may change as operational needs require. A subscription grants the user access rights within the active service scope; it does not transfer ownership of underlying routes, software, or related technology.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their account credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, route connections, configuration retrieval, and other actions taken under the account. If credentials may have been exposed, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions support unlimited devices, but are for the account holder and their own devices only. Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred. Do not share account credentials, subscription configurations, or access rights with others, and do not repackage the service as another commercial offering for resale. The account holder is responsible for abnormal use caused by publicly distributing configurations, repeatedly sharing access rights, or failing to protect the account properly.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before activation, users should verify the selected type, traffic allowance, and applicable usage method.
Compliance Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the region from which the service is accessed, and must ensure that their use has a lawful purpose. The service must not be used to infringe others' rights, access systems without authorization, distribute unlawful content, disrupt network operations, send bulk unsolicited messages, maliciously consume resources, or carry out other activities that may cause real-world harm.
Users are solely responsible for content accessed, sent, stored, or processed through the service. VyVPN does not determine the specific content users access and does not acquire ownership of that content by providing network connectivity. Upon receiving a valid compliance request, or when usage may affect other users or infrastructure, the service may take necessary risk-control measures.
Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections may be affected by local carriers, destination website policies, device settings, public network quality, route maintenance, and uncontrollable network events. VyVPN continuously maintains its routes and clients, but does not guarantee the same speed, latency, or access results in every region, at every time, or with every third-party service.
If connections are interrupted, features change, or access fails because of scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, upstream route adjustments, third-party platform changes, user device failures, or events beyond reasonable control, the service will restore access or provide alternative routes where feasible. Users should maintain necessary data backups and backup connectivity for important activities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VyVPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by users' violations, exposed account credentials, changes to third-party services, or incorrect device environment settings. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Account Actions and Termination
Where there is subscription resale, shared access, unlawful use, malicious consumption of service resources, attacks on network infrastructure, attempts to avoid normal billing processes, or a serious violation of these terms, VyVPN may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service based on the level of risk. Where necessary, users may be asked to stop the relevant conduct and complete an account security review.
Users may stop renewing their subscriptions. After service termination, expired route permissions and subscription configurations may not continue to be used. Transaction and security records that must be retained by law will be handled as required; other account information will be managed according to the Privacy Policy.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full refund may be requested without giving a reason within 14 days of the first payment. Submit refund requests through a user panel ticket so the associated account and transaction can be verified. Once the refund is completed, the service access connected with that first payment will end.
VyVPN may update these terms in response to changes in service content, legal requirements, security measures, or operating methods. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Changes that materially affect user rights or responsibilities will be announced through available on-site methods. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; if you disagree, stop using the service.
