Monthly subscription data resets on the activation date. After each reset, you receive the selected plan's 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB monthly allowance. The reset date is not a single calendar-month date; refer to the activation record in your account.
Do data packs reset each month?
No. The 300GB, 1000GB, and 3000GB data packs remain available until used and never expire. They are better suited to irregular usage and retaining unused data across months.
Can I upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle?
Yes. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before submitting, review the target plan and proration result in the user panel so the upgrade is not mistaken for a new full cycle.
How many devices can one plan connect?
